Yep I a...Thank you for setting out the situation. <br /><br />Yep I agree the Army is unbalanced. I guess it all comes down to what the political aspirations for the Armed Forces are.<br /><br />We have a similar situation here in South Africa. The SA Army spends over 70% of it's budget on personnel with an ever shrinking funding allocation.
